• Complete and submit the Archdiocese of Chicago Application for Employment or Volunteer Service.  Click here for the form: Volunteer Application

• Complete an application on the Virtus online system to register for a Protecting God’s Children training and a criminal background check:  https://www.virtusonline.org/virtus/

• Complete and submit Form 689 through the Child Abuse and Neglect Tracking System (CANTS). Click here for the form:  CANTS form

• Sign and submit the Archdiocesan Code of Conduct for volunteers:   Code of Conduct
